Job Summary
The Associate Director of Family Engagement Constituent Engagement will lead family engagement initiatives with strategic oversight of programming and philanthropic partnerships to deepen alumni affinity and support. This position is a key leader in the design and execution of a comprehensive parent engagement strategy building a robust philanthropic program focused on annual giving gifts and enhancing the parent experience to foster lifelong loyalty to the University. This position will work with Gift Officers to ensure parents and families are integrated into broader philanthropic and engagement strategies. This Associate Director directly supports the Universitys mission and comprehensive campaign goals by deepening family relationships strengthening the philanthropic pipeline and expanding regional and affinity-based engagement. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President for Constituent Engagement.
