We are looking for Near Patient and Clinicians Partner who will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts within the diagnostic division of Roche Romania focusing on building relationships driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Impact:
Take accountability to promote and sell assigned products within a specified territory or region in line with Roche internal guidelines and industry code with the aim to protect grow and expand current business.
Excel in developing negotiating and implementing solutions tailored to customer needs and based on the tactical territory plan.
Proactively analyze the customer base and territory to identify sales leads and opportunities to enhance overall sales and profitability levels.
Drive the establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service and acting as support and primary point of contact for customers in relation with the other departments.
Leverage knowledge and experience to assist the Head of Commercial Organization and in defining market strategies and identifying the processes improvements.
Develop and implement the tactical plan for the assigned product portfolio for each assigned customer and within the assigned territory in line with the business strategy to achieve set territory sales targets.
Identify new possible sales opportunities with existing clients in the assigned territory and communicate the same to relevant internal stakeholders; maintain as key areas of focus: channel filling client retention and business portfolio development.
Coordinate and supervise the delivery process for customers orders (supply chain) through a consistent and continuous collaboration with internal departments.
Promote products to clinicians and commercial customers in order to increase the awareness and use of the companys products from the HCPs.
Who you are:
You hold a bachelor degree of Pharmacy or Science
You demonstrate at least 3 years of sales-related experience preferably in CGM medical devices or Pharmaceutical field.
You are customer centric and are able to analyze to understand the unmet medical needs
You have advanced interpersonal relationship building communication and presentation skills
You are resulted oriented and are able to demonstrate the value of the Roche products
You possess advanced negotiation skills are able to apply logical reasoning and influence
You are able to work autonomously solve problems and take decision
You are focused organized and have good planning skills to plan your visits
You fluently speak and write in English
You have strong stakeholder management skills & ability to multitask.
You have a proactive mindset with eagerness to learn & grow within the role
You have team player attitude accuracy ability to meet deadlines and set the right priorities
