Location: East Perth Perth
Centre:Goodstart East Perth
Employment Type:Full Time / 38hrs per week
Pay: $38.02ph - $39.35ph

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

- Prime Location Were located at 3 Nelson Avenue East Perth just minutes from Perth city! Perfect for a pre-shift coffee or quick city errand. Were well-connected with bus access nearby and offer free onsite parkingmaking commuting convenient no matter how you travel.
- Centre Overview We are a 70-place centre with a warm community feel. While this role is not attached to a specific room youll be working across the service and supporting different age groupsideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility in their day!
- Flexible Roster Our centre operates on a rotational shift pattern offering flexibility and balance. Programming time is scheduled into the rotation ensuring educators have the time and space to plan thoughtfully and reflectively.

Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
