To accurately maintain the payroll records for School Board employees; to prepare the monthly payroll for School Board employees; and to assist the Payroll Officer in the areas pertaining to employee payroll.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and/or Abilities Required)
Must be a high school business or commercial school graduate; and five (5) years of experience in payroll processing is required. Key boarding and data entry skills are essential. Extensive knowledge of computer operations and computer applications specifically spreadsheets and Microsoft word documents. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
