As the Director of Employee Assistance Program you will serve as a vital member of the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) BHC team and works in collaboration with all areas of the healthcare system. Primary responsibilities include overseeing internal and external accounts seeking opportunities for revenue generation and providing patient/client care. Represents TMH in community events involving colleague relations with the goal of enhancing business opportunities for service expansion.
