Now you have the chance to work as aSenior Cloud Platform Engineerin a friendly team of skilled cloud professionals building and running modern infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability observability and cloud governance.
Who is your future team
You will be part of theConnected Infrastructureteam within R&D. This team develops and operates core infrastructure and platform capabilities for theAxis Cloud Connectplatform ( supporting product teams with robust scalable and secure foundations.
What youll do here as Senior Cloud Platform Engineer
You will take an active role in designing building and evolving the core platform infrastructure that enables our cloud services to scale and operate reliably. Your work will span from implementing observability tools and defining cloud governance practices to improving our Kubernetes-based service platform and supporting service reliability across the company.
Youll work hands-on with technologies likeAWS Kubernetes Terraform and DataDog and collaborate with development teams to support their operational needs through platform tooling SRE practices and shared services.
As part of the team youll also participate in ashared on-call rotationdesigned to besustainable well-supported and focused onlearning and continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a thoughtful and proactive engineer with a deep understanding of cloud platforms operational excellence and platform engineering. Youre passionate about building reliable systems and empowering teams through infrastructure. You thrive in a collaborative DevOps-oriented environment and you believe in taking responsibility for what you build and run.
Youre experienced in improving the observability and reliability of complex systems and you know how to balance control and autonomy when designing cloud governance and platform tooling.
Wed love to hear that you have/are:
Several years of experience withAWSandcloud-native infrastructure
Deep knowledge ofKubernetesand its ecosystem
Experience building or runningobservabilityplatforms ( Prometheus OpenTelemetry)
Familiarity withSRE principlesand operational best practices
Skilled withTerraformor other Infrastructure as Code tools
A passion forcloud governance automation and platform scalability
Comfortable with participating in anon-call rotationand continuously improving system reliability
Happy working in anagileandDevOps-orientedenvironment
