Job Title: Certified HVAC Technician Expert Installer & Troubleshooter
Location: Garlington SC
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive based on experience

- Perform routine inspections and cleaning of HVAC systems to ensure year-round comfort.
- Diagnose and repair system issues including leaks worn parts and airflow problems.
- Replace filters and make system adjustments to enhance efficiency and reduce energy costs.
- Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex HVAC problems quickly and effectively.
- Install furnaces air handlers coils and other HVAC components for residential comfort.
- Fabricate and install ductwork ensuring proper sizing and sealing for optimal performance.
- Install refrigerant lines electrical wiring and control systems for efficient operation.
- Connect and secure components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Clearly explain system operations and maintenance procedures to customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions in a friendly professional manner.
- EPA Certification and valid HVAC license (state-specific)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC principles refrigerant handling and electrical systems
- Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches drills measuring devices etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment work in tight spaces and climb ladders
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a tablet or mobile device for dispatching jobs collecting payments and updating service records
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Residential homes including attics and crawl spaces
