We are currently looking for a Daily Banking Operations Specialist ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing

As a Daily Banking Operations Specialist with a strong focus on process excellence youll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our daily banking operations. Youll not only be involved in core operational tasks but also play a crucial role in shaping documenting and enhancing the procedures that underpin our success. Your proactive approach will help us build robust clear and efficient workflows directly contributing to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Procedure and Instruction Creation & Management: Designing writing and maintaining detailed operational procedures and instructions for various daily banking processes. Ensuring they are clear up-to-date and easily accessible to the team.

  • Operational Involvement:Actively participating in day-to-day banking operations processing transactions and handling inquiries to gain firsthand understanding of challenges and opportunities for improvement.

  • Process Analysis & Optimization:Identifying bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing operational processes. Proposing and implementing innovative solutions including automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Documentation & Compliance:Ensuring all operational documentation is complete accurate and compliant with internal policies and applicable regulations. Supporting internal and external audits.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with other teams (e.g. IT Compliance Customer Service) to ensure process consistency efficiency and timely task execution.

  • Training & Onboarding Support:Preparing training materials and conducting sessions for the operations team to ensure full understanding and effective application of new and updated procedures.

  • Operational Query Resolution:Providing support and resolving complex operational queries from internal teams regarding transaction status process issues and administrative details.
Skills you should have
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational role within the banking with a proven involvement in process improvement.

  • Exceptional attention to detailand a high level of accuracy in your work.

  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.

  • Proficiency increating and documenting operational proceduresand work instructions.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.

  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2 level).

  • A proactive and responsible approach to assigned tasks with a desire for continuous improvement.
