Description

We are seeking to hire a Security Engineer I in our InfoSec team at Mumbai. This role will be instrumental in coordinating and managing penetration tests to ensure the security and integrity of our systems. This role involves close collaboration with penetration testing vendors tracking ongoing projects and supporting the Information Security program through various tasks and responsibilities. The work hours will align with the UK shift.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the requirements gathering and scheduling of penetration tests.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with penetration testing vendors to monitor the status of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate the review of penetration test findings and upload them into the status tracking system.
  • Work independently with various teams to resolve open vulnerability findings.
  • Travel as required to support the Information Security program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address open VAPT findings.
  • Review and track false positive requests.
  • Research and stay up to date on emerging vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Distribute vulnerability ticket findings to stakeholders for remediation.
  • Demonstrate strong research capabilities.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills

Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technology engineering.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security tools and methods.
  • In-depth understanding of VAPT tools.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint OneNote PowerBi and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of personal integrity.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving outstanding results.
