Your role and responsibilities
As our new Operations and Partnerships Manager youll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality person-centred services across Adult Social Care. Youll lead your locality with confidence ensuring strong collaboration across teams and partners to improve outcomes for the people of Suffolk.

Youll be joining a passionate and dedicated team within the Adult Social Care directorate. Were proud of our collaborative culture where everyones voice is valued and ideas are welcomed. We support hybrid working and typically meet in person at our Riverside office on key days to connect and collaborate.
