Summary

The successful candidate would create and sell strategic OOH integrated sales proposals with appropriate research data and marketing be a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for sales who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career. This position will maintain and develop accounts and incremental business for all Astral products (non airport). Account Executive will manage national clients & agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Astral in Canada.
  • Sell out-of-home advertisement spaces to National clients & agencies.
  • Create and sell strategic integrated sales proposals with appropriate research data and marketing for a large variety of accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively building and managing client relationships.
  • Liaise effectively with all sales support services such as research creativity and charting etc.
  • Participate in industry and client events related to the position.
  • Support team across country.

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years media selling experience.
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills combined with the ability to prioritize multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines and last minutes revisions.
  • A highly developed client service focus and proven ability with the advertising planning community.
  • Proven successful track record.
  • Must have own vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent from arecognized post secondary institution.
  • Media advertising sales background.
  • Current contacts and connections from Toronto media advertising agencies.
