Location negotiable- Subject to campus availability

Permanent Full-time

Total remuneration package $184818 includes a base salary of $163687 plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

This position is responsible for implementing and managing the operational effectiveness of the sales contact centre through process capability systems integration and overseeing outbound and inbound student recruitment activities across various channels to achieve revenue growth conversion targets and customer service targets. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams.

Essential Requirements

  1. Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience.
  2. Proven experience managing high performing medium to large sales enquiry and advisory specialist teams in a high volume contact centre environment to meet set performance targets and achieve high levels of performance.
  3. Experience managing and maintaining contact centre operations and support systems effectively and efficiently including resourcing budgets and work prioritisation.
  4. Demonstrated ability to motivate engage and develop individuals and teams to embrace new technology improve sales results and customer service experience.

You are an experienced leader in sales and customer service with a proven track record managing high-performing contact centre teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.

You will bring expertise in driving sales outcomes leading strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across dispersed teams. Your strong capability in resource planning team development and systems integration enables you to achieve performance targets and elevate the customer experience.

You are confident in navigating change and thrive on empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
