Who are we looking for
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer in Adelaide who is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure projects within the Roads space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road and civil engineering with demonstrated experience in project management design and construction supervision. A commitment to safety sustainability and innovation is essential along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Planning design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects particularly in the roads and transport sector
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing project timelines and budgets as a project manager
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices as well as being involved in the preparation of proposals and tenders
- Working on impactful projects that enhance community connectivity and safety
What would you bring to the team
- A bachelors degree in civil engineering or similar coupled with 5 years experience across the transport sector
- Proven experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects and a proactive approach to project delivery
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Commitment to achieving effective project outcomes and client satisfaction
