Shift:
Full-time: MonFri (40 hours/week)
Shift Available:1am-10am
The Impact Youll Make and What Well Accomplish Together
Through one-on-one short-term solution-focused counseling group debriefings and wellness initiatives youll help foster emotional resilience psychological safety and a supportive workplace culture. Youll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering timely and accessible care to those navigating both personal and job-related challenges.
Heres How
Deliver short-term solution-focused one-on-one counseling to employees
Facilitate group debriefings following high-impact content or events
Support and participate in workplace wellness initiatives and prevention activities
Collaborate with internal teams and provide referrals when longer-term care is needed
Maintain timely and confidential documentation in accordance with company standards
Promote resilience mental wellness and recovery in the workplace
Provide accessible care for employees across shiftsincluding nights and weekends
Help foster a culture of psychological safety through direct support and presence
Be part of an innovative program serving critical frontline and community-based employees
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or a related field.
Fully licensed in the state of Nevada preferred (LCSW LCPC LMFT etc.)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-masters preferred)
Open to associate-level clinicians under supervision depending on fit
Certification in Critical Incident Stress Management or extensive training in conducting group debriefing and defusing support preferred.
Experience in EAP crisis intervention or solution-focused therapy preferred
Strong communication documentation and clinical judgment skills
