We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Casino Customer Support colleague to join our team in Bucharest!
What Youll get to do:
- Helping our clients via ticket and live chat to solve casino gaming related issues and requests
- Using our in-house back-office and our clients casino websites to identify and investigate users rounds games reports and bonuses
- Escalating cases to our game providers and internally to partner teams
- Compiling notifications for game releases and maintenances and sending them out to the corresponding mailing lists
Other info:
- Even though the position is entry-level you can grow as fast as your results. Our defined career path offers good opportunities for the right person; with a good level of progress your first promotion can be as soon as four months away.
- The work schedule is from 9:00-17:00 17:00-1:00 5 days/ week in shifts. You will be required to work on weekends but you will receive two days off within the working week. More details about the working schedule will be provided during the interview;
What You need to shine:
- Good written English skills (mandatory);
- Great communication skills;
- Active listener;
- Internet browsing is no mystery to you and knows all the shortcuts;
- The technical aspects of the activity are fun for you;
- Previous experience in the gambling industry is a plus;
- Ability to follow documented procedures and logical thinking;
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve;
- Highly organized focus capacity;
- Team spirit;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to communicate technical problems concisely and professionally.
Heres what we offer:
- Start with 22 days of annual leave with 2 additional days added each year up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
- Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year no doctors note required.
- Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months youll be in the office full-time)

- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
- 4 weeks of paternity leave plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
