What You Will Do:
- Ordering and maintaining computers and other related equipment;
- Preparing maintaining and troubleshooting computerized workplaces;
- Implementing maintaining and troubleshooting IT solutions;
- Working closely with the IT project manager;
- Providing assistance and consulting to company employees on IT issues;
- Continuously improving and streamlining day-to-day IT processes.
What We Expect:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software installation and configuration;
- Understanding of computer network principles;
- Knowledge of computer hardware design;
- Advanced English skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Attentiveness initiative and responsibility;
- Willingness to learn and gain experience in the IT field;
- IT-related studies would be considered an advantage.
