Job Description
A well-established global iGaming operator is currently looking for a Head of VIP to join their team. If youre target-driven motivated to excel and possess strong leadership skills this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The role is fully office-based in Limassol Cyprus and offers a salary of up to 6500/m a comprehensive bonus structure.
Role and Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a large team of experienced VIP Team Leads and VIP Managers across multiple locations
- Set KPIs and business targets while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the VIP department
- Ensure that the VIP service provided to players is consistently of the highest standard
- Drive player growth and retention through effective strategy implementation
- Ensure Responsible Gaming practices are adhered to and continuously improved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Heads of VIP across the organisation
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head of VIP within the iGaming industry (non-negotiable)
- Fluency in English at C2 or native level; native-level fluency in another EU language is a plus
- Passionate about VIP management with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- Visionary leader with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions for both short- and long-term outcomes
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions with knowledge of relevant licenses and regulations
- Proven success in setting and delivering KPIs for VIP teams
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership organisational and time-management abilities
- Highly results-driven
