One of the islands largest insurance brokerage firms is currently looking for a Senior Insurance Broker to join their Corporate Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
The role is hybrid and offers a salary of up to 33K depending on experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain strong client relationships by acting as the key point of contact and addressing queries in a timely manner
- Collect information from clients to assess their insurance needs and evaluate risk profiles
- Process documentation for policy renewals ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Handle mid-term policy changes in accordance with client requests
- Review policies to ensure accuracy completeness and alignment with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure full compliance across all accounts
- Generate reports on account status renewals and policy amendments as required
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement policy updates while maintaining compliance
Education Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry preferably in Corporate Insurance
- Fluent in English at a C2 level
- Native-level proficiency in Maltese (non-negotiable)
- Strong team player with excellent time-management skills
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
