The Corporate Sales Manager for the Broca Department will be responsible for driving strategic B2B partnerships and enterprise-level sales for the Venue Model vertical. The role demands a deep understanding of the corporate client ecosystem venue sales dynamics and long-cycle deal management. This position involves lead generation solution selling client onboarding and cross-functional coordination with operations product and marketing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector for venue partnerships.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise clients seeking venue solutions (e.g. for events meetings offsite engagements).
Work closely with the Broca department to tailor offerings for high-value accounts.
Conduct client presentations negotiations and close strategic deals that align with business goals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as per the Venue Model framework.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Collaborate with venue partners to ensure high-quality experiences are delivered to corporate clients.
Provide insights to the product and strategy teams based on market feedback and trends.
