Job Description
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) or CRM implementations.
- Strong architectural understanding and hands-on configuration/customization skills.
- Experience working on Federal/Government projects with appropriate clearance.
- Active Mainline ServiceNow Certification(s) (Architect/Developer/CSM preferred).
- Availability to join within 30 days.
- Must be a US Resident or Green Card holder.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models flows and integrations.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP NIST or DoD compliance frameworks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions in secure environments.
