We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as a Chief Human Resources Officer in our HR department.
You will be responsible for creating strategic talent acquisition plans for future hiring needs. You will also be responsible for planning career development plans for the employees. In addition to this you should be able to assist the HR team members in organizing team-building activities.
To be successful in this job role you should have sound knowledge and a good understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. You should hold a Ph.D. or Masters degree in Human Resources Management Strategic Management Business Administrator or a similar degree.
You should possess outstanding communication skills. You should also have good leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing various Human Resources plans according to the companys needs.
- Analyzing and updating the existing companys policies.
- Evaluating the training and development programs.
- Overseeing Senior as well as Junior HR Supervisors.
- Building effective hiring onboarding and management procedures.
- Leading employer branding efforts such as recruitment marketing.
- Implementing extensive compensation and benefits plans.
- Helping HR personnel in organizing team-building activities.
- Managing new talent acquisition program for the new joinees.
- Contributing to the healthy work structures.
- Building a positive working environment for the team members.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of various Human Resources tools.
- Staying abreast of government regulations and state policies.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management Strategic Management Business Administrator or a related field.
- 7 years of working experience as a Chief Human Resources VP of HR or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
- Proficient in recruitment software and resume databases.
- A professional certificate in Human Resources Information Program (HRIP) will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various HR functions.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Outstanding understanding of various labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
