You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive portfolio of dental equipment and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors. This role is field-based and involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and consumables to existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals and decision-makers.
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and regular field visits.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback to the management team.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales; experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental equipment and consumables is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
