Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive portfolio of dental equipment and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors. This role is field-based and involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and consumables to existing and prospective customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals and decision-makers.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and regular field visits.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback to the management team.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales; experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of dental equipment and consumables is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
