Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Dental Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of dental equipment and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors within your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building long-term client relationships and exceeding targets. This is a field-based position that requires regular travel to meet with clients, identify new business opportunities, and represent our brand in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s dental products and solutions to clinics, hospitals, and distributors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to potential clients.

Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs and gather market intelligence.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.

Strong knowledge of dental equipment and consumables is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dental Technology, or related field preferred.
