Work Set-up: Temporary Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM
Salary: Php 40000-60000
Our client is a leading expert in the solar industry with over a decade of experience in delivering tailored solar system installations across Australia. They specialize in crafting personalized energy solutions to meet the unique needs of residential and commercial customers.
We are seeking a Commercial Solar Administrator to play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling solar projects managing documentation and files (including electrical drawings and schematics) and supporting project flow using tools such as Google Suite and project management software.
The ideal candidate will also contribute to building best-practice processes that will help streamline operations and systematize the client s growing business.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PRODUCT COMMERCIAL SOLAR ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities as a Commercial Solar Administrator:
Coordinate and schedule solar installation projects.
Maintain and update project documentation and files including electrical drawings and schematics.
Use Google Suite and project management tools (e.g. Asana) to track and manage project workflows.
Conduct regular audits of project progress and provide timely status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Support project managers in the preparation of project reports proposals and presentations.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry document filing and record-keeping.

Qualifications as a Commercial Solar Administrator:
Bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
1 3 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination within the commercial solar industry is preferred.
Familiarity with commercial solar processes procedures and regulations.
Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Suite and project management software (e.g. Asana).
Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
