Job Description
- Greet and check in patients manage appointments and handle phone and email inquiries.
- Process patient billing and payments maintain accurate records and manage insurance claims.
- Support the clinical team by preparing patient files coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
- Youre a friendly welcoming individual who loves helping others and can make patients feel at home.
- You possess excellent communication and organisational skills capable of multitasking with a smile.
- Youre a team player who believes in collaboration and supports your colleagues.
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a bonus but what were looking for is a positive attitude and a willingness to make a difference.
