Position Summary
POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONY Zone Facility Technician Senior will successfully lead crews and complete Preventive Maintenance Troubleshooting Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades: HVAC Refrigeration Plumbing Temperature controls Lighting and Electrical. This position will be responsible for assisting Zone Facility Managers and/or coordinators with the scheduling coordinating mentoring and leading crews.
