Job Description
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and is instrumental in providing seamless support throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities
Act as a primary liaison between clients and the company
Assist with onboarding new clients and managing client records
Coordinate meetings prepare documentation and follow up on requests
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support internal teams with client-related communications and updates
Ensure client satisfaction through effective service and consistent follow-up
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in client service administrative support or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
