Job Description

Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity 

This is a dynamic and people-focused role where youll work closely with students clubs helping them connect with the wider University and supporting their leadership journeys. You wont be working in a silo this is a highly collaborative environment where your input will directly contribute to student success and community building. 
Youll support over 250 student clubs across categories like cultural academic & specialist religious & spiritual sports & rec and causes. 
 
Main responsibilities include: 

  • Administration around club operations such as grants registration and new club applications 
  • Helping coordinate student-led events 
  • Drop-in session support for room bookings equipment bookings and general queries 
  • Assisting with access to services and resources 
  • Advising on governance and financial regulations 
  • Providing general support and guidance to student groups 
  • Event support for major student events such as Clubs Expo training sessions and the Club Awards 

This is a permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity. 
The Band C role salary range for this role is $54 405 $61700 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
