As the Search & Performance Specialist you will support the Marketing Manager of Customer Acquisition and Partnerships in planning executing and optimizing Digital Performance Channels.
You will help drive performance plans to achieve brand & performance objectives including awareness consideration and conversion/sales.
This role is responsible for end-to-end channel operations and ongoing optimization while also providing guidance and training to the Digital Coordinator to assist with activation and reporting.

- Support Marketing and Media Managers in trading and optimizing performance channels assisting the Search & Performance Lead.
- Contribute to strategic briefs; manage tactical planning executionoptimization and measurement of performance channels.
- Handle in-flight and post-campaign budget management and deliver required reporting to brand teams.
- Apply technical SEM expertise analyzing product developments and using scripts to enhance campaigns.
- Maintain performance channel ad accounts ensuring continuous improvement to exceed brand goals ROI Clickshare Revenue Profit).
- Initiate and manage tactical test and learn opportunities contributing to test plans annual planning and forecasting.
- Manage affiliate programs and offers contributing to broader strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners making recommendations to cross-functional teams to enhance performance.
- Prepare scenario planning and contribute to forecasting for performance channels.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement staying curious about digital advancements and bringing learnings to the team.
- Provide input on digital media performance for Marketing Leadership team and assist in training Digital Coordinators.
- Role model Endeavour Groups Values and Ways of Working.
Qualifications :
Now lets talk about you:
- 2-4 years experience in performance based marketing.
- Presentation and storytelling of data writing insights and ability to put forward a strategic response to media briefs and ongoing optimisations.
- Experience in hands on campaign management for SEM & Affiliates.
- Knowledge and experience with advertising digital tracking attribution modeling & analytical suites (SA360 Adthena/SEM Rush GA4 Adobe Analytics).
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
