Under general supervision the Administrative Assistant for Business Services coordinates main office activities by ensuring exceptional front-line customer service administrative support and operational excellence. Oversee student staffing including recruitment onboarding training scheduling and evaluation. Manage purchasing transactions such as maintaining open purchase orders processing direct pay invoices and monthly reconciliation. Review and process housing contract extension requests working closely with campus partners and stakeholders. Regularly monitor off-campus housing applications ensuring database accuracy and initiating periodic data clean-up. Provide comprehensive administrative support to Business Services and contribute actively to maintaining accurate web content and departmental communication.
