Roles and Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert: Develop and maintain deep domain product knowledge. Share domain knowledge and provide training across the organization
Compliance: Ensure Work instructions meet internal and external requirements collaborate on non-conformance dispositions and compile final compliance records. Provide technical instruction to resolve product issues.
Documentation: Create detailed product work instructions to ensure required technical reports and records are maintained and completed.
FLIGHT DECK: Support SQDC daily management utilizing the lean fundamentals to facilitate technical problem solving and foster a continuous improvement culture. Drivesystemic change to address root cause findings.
Customer: Build strong internal and external customer relationships. Ensure product meets customer requirements. Own technical reviews.
Consultation: Provide product technical support for daily shop floor operations. Share best practice and product learnings across the network. Work cross-functionally on technical roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of product management experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4 years of product management experience).
2-3 years of NPI product leadership experience.
Desired Characteristics:

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
Influence across different sites within a business.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
