We are searching for a passionate and driven Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based at our West Perth office this is a crucial role that will see you partner with our passionate WA leadership team driving best HR practices and outcomes.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to our WA HR Manager the successful applicant will be a proactive business partner who is passionate and committed to driving HR strategy and outcomes while providing guidance and mentorship to our HR team. This role will balance strategic priorities with day to operational business partnership. With a strong focus on Industrial and Employee Relations you will play a key role in delivering Hall & Priors workforce strategic priorities to support our vision to become an employer of choice in the aged care sector.
