Support the ideation development organization planning and execution of projects programs and initiatives of varying sizes with a focus on client-level programs. Design create and optimize critical performance and channel metrics for multiple high priority segments and leading priorities. Develop the critical performance indicators and partner with various groups to ensure clients have a seamless omnichannel experience interacting with their Deposit product.
Accountable for overall performance of the consumer Deposits portfolio including client experience and long-term growth including market share wallet share and incremental segment identification.
Create strong cross-functional alignment towards the vision and strategy build relationships with stakeholders and team to help influence and drive successful outcomes.
Provides strategic leadership of the end-to-end client journey roadmap across multiple products processes segments and channels to enhance the client experience. Drive business process transformation to create long-term competitive advantage through a differentiated client experience.
Provides oversight and direction for broad cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve consumer Deposits client acquisition and service model. Efforts should focus on process and experience enhancements to increase client engagement and our market position.
Maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders throughout the company (marketing legal risk compliance channels operations technology etc.) to drive effective outcomes in a heavily matrixed environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

degree in a business-related major with a strong academic record or equivalent education and related training
2.15 years of experience within Banking or Financial Services
3.7 years of experience in a staff role such as product management product strategy analytics or marketing.
influencing partnership-building and collaboration skills with proven ability to initiate and drive strategic change on major projects.
analytical and creative problem-solving skills - ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large data sets Ability to drive clarity out of ambiguity and to synthesize key points of strategic direction. Demonstrated strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills
ability to organize and lead large cross-functional teams of senior leaders on major strategic initiatives
executive-level written and verbal communication skills. Ability to succinctly and clearly convey conclusions and recommendations to executive leadership.
to successfully handle multiple priorities within a fast paced results-oriented environment and make decisions and give direction to others around where to focus efforts.
to work with a high degree of autonomy and authority in ambiguous and changing situations to manage results and meet deadlines with superior quality. Ability to independently initiate new efforts to address emerging priorities.

and diverse experience in marketing finance acquisitions product development and analytics.
experience across channels including experience managing multiple branch leaders.
experience in the Product Management lifecycle including idea generation developing implementing and managing products and services
providing leadership and guidance to analytics efforts
Management experience
The annual base salary for this position is $165000 - $180000.
