Job Description
You will be working in the Aviation Maintenance Solution team at IFS creating software solutions for Airlines and Air Operators.
Primary Duties:
- Technically design and develop fit-for-purpose software based on functional and technical requirements to deliver a customer experience.
- Technically test debug review and maintain software to ensure the quality and stability of the code.
- Create documentation presentation and training materials.
- Fruitfully engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to improvements in IFS products services and processes.
Qualifications :
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with Java REST is required.
- Experience with SQL and database designing is required.
- Familiar with the Agile/Scrum way of working is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and J2EE stack is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of version control systems particularly GIT or Bitbucket is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills multi-tasking ability and a passion for innovation.
