Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

A well-established independent estate and lettings agency in Farnborough is seeking a skilled Property Manager.
The role requires previous property management experience strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships while managing multiple priorities calmly and professionally.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage residential properties and maintain landlord and tenant relationships
- Resolve issues calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation
- Provide exceptional customer service to all parties
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Maintain clear and professional communication

- Proven experience in residential property management
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- ARLA qualification preferred
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Professional and positive telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Farnborough area (desirable)
