Be a key player in customer implementation projects working with Engagement Managers Solution Delivery Consultants Product and Engineering
Own your integrations and data migrations from start to finish
Spot risks early offer creative workarounds and keep things moving smoothly
Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality
Share best practices document what works and be the go-to integrations expert
Lead customers through our integration processes from API deep-dives to mapping exercises and testing
Stay on top of product updates and be the bridge between Beamery our partners and our customers
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Proven HR Tech Expertise
You bring hands-on experience with HR technologygathering requirements designing scalable solutions and delivering complex integrations for enterprise customers.
SuccessFactors Experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage and will enable you to hit the ground running.
Clear Confident Communication
You translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong Technical Consulting Skills
You know how to demonstrate real business value to internal and external stakeholdersand you do it with credibility and clarity.
Customer-Centric Mindset
You champion your customers and provide feedback that helps us continuously improve our products and delivery approach.
Collaborative by Nature
Youre energized by cross-functional teamwork and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients product engineering sales and beyond.
This role can be Hybrid or remote UK (With adhoc travel to the office for business/ client meetings)
