Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.
Monitor market trends competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Work closely with cross-functional team as well as sister brand to synergy marketing resource.
Ensure the integrity of filler marketing activities in accordance with local regional and corporate compliance policies
Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan
Lead open consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing
Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or above in marketing related majors
3 years experience in Product/Strategy marketing or business consulting background. Experience in new product launch is preferred
Team work spirit
Strong communication skills to cooperate with cross-team functions and drive result
Proactive and independent attitude
Good level of English language both in spoken /written
