Job Description

Amazons Brand Protection Initiatives (BPI) team is seeking a Program Manager to help drive initiatives that protect customers and brands from counterfeit fraud and abuse. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership to execute programs that maintain trust in Amazons stores globally.

The Brand Protection Initiatives (BPI) team serves as the central hub for addressing critical brand protection challenges across Amazons ecosystem. Acting as the single-threaded owner BPI drives end-to-end solutions for complex brand issues that require cross-team collaboration. The team ingests and prioritizes major brand pain points from various stakeholders and its core functions include conducting comprehensive root cause analysis developing sustainable solutions through cross-functional collaboration and establishing clear communication channels for both internal and external stakeholders. Through systematic problem-solving and strategic stakeholder engagement BPI works to prevent recurring issues enhance brand protection mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in Amazons brand protection capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
Execute brand protection programs and support strategic initiatives across multiple teams
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements
Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
Collaborate with legal tech and business teams to implement solutions
Track and report program metrics and KPIs
Support stakeholder communication and prepare regular program updates
Help develop and implement process improvements
Assist in managing relationships with internal and external partners

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Speak write and read fluently in English

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
