Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Title Closer to manage all aspects of the title closing process. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with title insurance and a strong understanding of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Youll serve as the key liaison among clients attorneys lenders and agentsensuring each file moves swiftly and accurately toward a successful close.
This is a full-time in-office position offering long-term growth and a professional upbeat work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full title closing process including document prep escrow and disbursements
- Resolve title issues and clear title prior to closing
- Communicate with all parties to coordinate closings and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance with title regulations and client requirements
- Maintain accurate records and track milestones to ensure timely closings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate title closings
- Strong understanding of title insurance escrow and related documentation
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and keep closings on track
- Professional reliable and ready to take ownership of files
Location: Lakewood NJ
