As the Warehouse Operations Manager you are responsible for leading overall warehouse operations and implementing the company vision for the department. Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchant team to ensure the warehouse operations are staffed and prepared appropriately for all incoming and outgoing orders.
- Ensure departments core processes are followed by all
- Foster team culture throughout the department
- Manage the backlog of all warehouse departments
- Troubleshoot issues associated with inventory
- Ensure implementation of policy and process changes and provide continuous efficiencies and enhancements to current processes
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Mentor coach and develop managers
- Staff train and maintain each component of the warehouse
- Ensure that team members are staying on task and reaching department goals
- Facilitate performance evaluations and quarterly coaching sessions
- Schedule team members to payroll plan
- Delegate daily tasks to team members to optimize efficiency
Qualifications:
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
- Ability to manage conflict and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Effectively manage time
- Demonstrated personable energy and empathy with a passion for the game of golf
Education & Experience:
- College degree preferred
- At least 6 years of warehouse management experience
- ForkLift Certified
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing and bending.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Compensation:
Pay range is $75000 to $102000 per year based on previous experience.
