Principal Accountabilities
(A) Operational
1. Sales target planning and budgeting
Provide inputs and support to on Sales in the setting of short & long term revenue targets and budget
Implement sales initiatives.
2. Channel Creation
Maintain database of all sources
Identify potential marketing sources within the territory.
Initiate contact explain the nature of business and services and also understand their need for treatment of their patients.
Customize the services offered and enter into agreements for generating regular revenue
3. Control and track sales activities
Generate the sales MIS
Analyze sales and collection trends to identify the changing trends across departments & doctors
Achieve individual targets
4. Relationship building with key Doctors / Hospitals
Initiate build nurture and manage the relationship with key Doctors / Hospitals
Organize joint activities with the participation of the marketing partners.
5. Media & Communications
Managing the website & communicate for web based media
6. Decision-Making Authorities
Financial authority
Refer to the financial authority Matrix
Timely and relevant input
No. of tie ups
Timely update of website
Timely submission of Sales MIS in requisite format
Achievement of annual revenue
Graduate in any discipline
3- 5 years of relevant experience in a large hospital or in service industry
People with relevant experience of more than 5 years can be considered irrespective of the Academic Qualifications.
