We are working with a well-regarded inclusive school in the Whitby area that is committed to helping every learner thrive. The school promotes a calm and purposeful learning environment where pupils are supported to develop confidence and independence.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a meaningful impact on pupils learning during a key stage in their development.
The successful candidate will bring creativity professionalism and a nurturing approach to classroom teaching. Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive practice are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Assessing and tracking pupil progress
Creating a safe engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
Contributing to the wider life of the school community
