The role:
Join our Griffith team and step into a hands-on leadership role. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager youll lead day-to-day operations guide seasonal crews manage logistics and help drive our vineyard to peak performancesafely efficiently and sustainably.

You might be:
- An experienced operator ready to lead
- A supervisor hungry for growth
- A practical problem-solver who loves the outdoors
- Passionate about quality safety and doing things right
You bring:
- A strong work ethic good communication and people skills
- Experience in vineyards farming or ag ops (but well train the right person)
- Bonus points if youve managed teams handled machinery or overseen harvests
- Qualifications in viticulture ag or similar are greatbut not a dealbreaker
