Embassy Suites Omaha Downtown is seeking a dynamic local GM to lead our 249-room hotel with 12480 square feet of meeting space steps from the College World Series. This is your opportunity to shape guest experiences and drive results in the heart of Omahas vibrant downtown surrounded by top dining entertainment and a thriving community. Salary: $130000- $150000 plus bonus
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 years of experienceas a General Manager. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.
- Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards initiatives and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.
- Extensive rooms and/or F&B experienceto manage all aspects of hotel operations.
- Bachelors degree in hotel management business or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite cloud-based apps and hotel property management systemsto streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Willingness to relocateto embrace new opportunities and challenges.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate on operational plansto achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Lead associatesto meet Atriums service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.
- Utilize brand tools creativelyto meet current and future guest expectations.
- Ensure preventive maintenanceof the property including mechanical and IT systems.
- Manage loss prevention and risk managementpolicies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
- Engage with associatesto improve hotel culture and embrace Atriums core values.
