We specialize in firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE) uniforms self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) breathing air compressors hoses nozzles and more. Position Overview

The Inventory Control Clerk supports the Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels and counts. This role works closely with the Inventory Manager Purchasing Agent Warehouse Coordinators and Customer Service team to meet internal and customer needs. The Inventory Control Clerk helps to manage inventory related to firefighter uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all inventory and cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and inventory counts.
  • Retrieve package and label products for customer pick up.
  • Review invoices packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Responsible for tracking customer orders.
  • Maintain warehouse and immediate work area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist our printing department in picking orders for firefighter uniforms.
  • Work with the customer service department to help track orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Ability to complete tasks with accurate and thorough outcomes.

Multitasks prioritizes and meets deadlines in a timely manner.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to think ahead and plan accordingly.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Strong customer service skills

Good hand/eye coordination and general math and reasoning skills.

Job Status and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm
