What you can expect from us...
- Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards best practices and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
- Design develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end
- Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability reliability and security
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality performance and maintainability
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit integration and end-to-end) to ensure application stability
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives
- Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects from conception to deployment and beyond
What we would expect from you...
- Strong frontend expertise with technologies such as AngularJS VueJS or SolidJS.
- Backend proficiency with Java and (Express) plus experience in SQL and NoSQL (preferably MongoDB).
- Experience with search and analytics engines such as OpenSearch or ElasticSearch.
- Skilled in designing scalable distributed systems with high availability and a DevOps mindset.
- Collaborative and adaptable with experience in agile environments and remote team coordination passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English
