Summary
Were looking for a visionary Compliance Lead who can do more than just tick boxes someone who can lead change simplify processes and systems and build genuine stakeholder engagement across the business.
In this pivotal role youll drive an enterprise-wide approach to compliance and assurance enabling the business to effectively demonstrate compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and government expectations. Youll not only strengthen our Compliance Framework youll elevate it.

Skills Competencies and Qualifications include:
8 years experience in compliance risk or governance with deep technical expertise.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
A track record of simplifying frameworks embedding systems and driving real change.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
Experience leading or implementing enterprise tools like ServiceNow GRC is highly desirable.
A tertiary qualification in law risk business commerce or a related field along with relevant certifications or memberships with private sector exposure valued.
You will also possess a demonstrated ability to lead the reviews of current procedures and practices with a view to reducing or removing non-value added activities leading to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes.
