If that sounds like you wed love to talk. Canfor Pulp is looking for aManager of Maintenance Implementation to join our team at the Northwood Pulp Mill in Prince George.
This isnt your average management job its a chance to lead a high-performing team influence cross-mill strategies and play a critical role in keeping one of North Americas leading pulp mills running at its best.
What You will do
Youll be the go-to leader overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities across the mill. Heres a closer look:
- Lead and support our Maintenance team including bargaining unit employees.
- Ensure work is executed to high standardssafely and efficiently.
- Manage staffing productivity training and development.
- Collaborate with operations engineering finance and technical teams.
- Take charge of maintenance outages turnarounds and planning.
- Champion continuous improvement across the site.
- Help build consistency across Canfors Prince George mill sites.
Who You Are
Youve walked the walk in industrial maintenance and know how to lead people just as well as processes. You bring:
- A strong background leading maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
- A commitment to safety with a solid track record to back it up.
- Excellent people skills. You know how to coach communicate and build strong teams.
- Confidence in decision-making troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and continuous improvement tools.
- Bonus: An engineering degree or journeyman trade qualification (TQ) is a plus.

The salary range for this position is: $121000.00-$151000.00
