Job Title: P&C Account Manager
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced P&C Account Manager to support both High Net Worth Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts with a focus on Excess & Surplus (E&S) property business. This role is responsible for preparing and processing new business submissions and will handle a balanced portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process new business submissions daily.
- Complete and submit Acord forms supplemental applications and other required documentation.
- Gather and organize loss runs and relevant underwriting data.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Create and issue binders proposals and supporting materials.
- Maintain knowledge of HNW and E&S carrier requirements and guidelines.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate thorough and compliant with agency standards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an account management role.
- Proven experience handling insurance submissions including new business and renewals.
- Background in E&S markets particularly property-focused risks (e.g. apartments developers property managers) strongly preferred.
- Experience working with High Net Worth clients and carriers is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in insurance systems and tools including Acord forms.
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $60k-$80k (based on experience).
