Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely professional manner
- Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and improve processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in email communication and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while staying team-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pet nutrition
